Have you ever sat in silence

- and listened

To the songs of the sea?

Follow Along

As the first exhibition now officially is over, the next phase is to land.
Plan next places to research and where to find the next place for Like the Tide to take physical shape

While doing so, the blog will be updated from time to time in order to let you stay in the loop.

A news mail will show up some time during summer 2026. Send an email here in order to get on the list for news, inside stories and to get informed before the webpage will come up with events

More Than a Project

Like the Tide is an initiation to dive deeper within yourself. To collect stories, sensing and exploring - made real through experiencing art, sound and physical ceremonies.

January-March 2026 the very first exhibition was held, 4 ceremonies were made and 1 guest-workshop hosted in the space. Many videos recording and an up-coming event for finishing the opening/ending ceremonies.

Like the Tide is a life vision, wrapped into senscious rituals, art and music

Diving into ancient history, old knowledge of how our bodies and mind work and intertwining our whole being with the raw essence of who we are and what we consist of: water

Like the Tide is also a movement against digitilisational approaches to our online presence/persona and slowly, daily life too. Everything is written by hand, every music is produced by humans and all art are handmade. I believe we are coded with all the knowledge within. I believe we are not here to be perfect, but to be. This is why the hope is to find more places to pop up. To make rituals. To sing. Make workshops. Show art. Teach. Next to each other.
This is also why everything moves in it's own phase. Nothing will be pushed into a box. There's no fixed form. It's a fluid movement, flushing back and forth, in different forms and figures, non linear movements - just like the tide.

Remembering our Connecting With the Nature

Exhibition 12thJanuary-2ndMarch 2026, Galleri Underkanten, Copenhagen, DK

Inspired by form and figures in nature, sounds (from water), senses, neuroscience and art. Based on research of the ocean, ancient mythology/archeology to modern science, self-exploration involving self healing from deep traumas and how life evolves in a non-linear path. Going back and forth in unforeseen patterns, -like the tide.

An interactive art project - exploring different ways of combining art, sound and senses

The project; -Like the Tide invites the visitor into a guided experience, exploring the senses in a room installed with art. Supported by a soundscape with music from artists around Europe and an interactive performances and ceremonies.

The music is made from the artists living aligned with nature, one way or another. While the music composed by the founder, Ea Badea, has found the surface when connecting with the ocean.
